Shipping policy

 All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

The exception to this is for made to order items which will ship once the item is ready. You will always be in the loop!

 

Shipping Rates

We use flat rates based on weight to ship within Canada.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our location in Brockville. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Please have your order confirmation email and I.D. with you when you come.


International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping to the United States due to recent policy changes in the U.S.

At this time, we do not ship to any countries other than Canada, but we will in the future, so keep in touch!

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sayhello@beecherstreetmercantile.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Although we do our best, mistakes can happen and we will do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your order and with the service you received from us.
